Ive tried every driver every possible way to make this printer work. But it does not print what so ever unless its selected as Zebra UPS lp2844. And that is when it prints the long tracks of missing print. Im in desperate help someone help me fix this. I feel like throwing this printer out the window right now.

I bought mine for $10. (from Craigslist) without a power supply, then just used a laptop power supply with almost the same ratings to power it.

The people I got it from said they probably had already ran about 20,000 labels through it.

Amazing to me that it still performs like new.

Where did you get yours? Also what was the cost?

Any chance you can return or exchange it?

I got mines from ebay. I paid $100 for it. The seller could not be more helpful. He tried about every way just like i did to make it work. I had this zebra printer now for about a month and now he is still letting me return it. He is also paying for return shipping! I haven't left feedback yet maybe that is why he is being so nice. I wish i could leave 10 positive feedbacks for this guy even though his auction said it will work with usps.

If you are looking for drivers for the zebra try this site:
Seagull Scientific - Download free Windows printer drivers, label printer drivers, Windows drivers

The Zebra drivers are at the very bottom of the screen.

This set of drivers is WONDERFUL.

I bought another zebra label printer from another seller. It works like a charm! For people who are buying these make sure you buy the right one. I paid $167 for this one and it was worth every penny. It saves SOOOOOO much time! no more cutting out labels with scissors and taping them on boxes. Im starting to love this thing more than my girlfriend.

This is the slickest way to go. I have a zebra thermal 2844 I bought used off ebay for $80 bucks. I signed up for a fedex account and order thermal labels for FREE. AKA all my label printing is FREE now. Well of course there was an $80 investment. You can easily cruise through 80 bucks in ink/toner a month. I hope this helps :D

Yep, you need to configure it with your computer. If you do large amounts of shipping I would suggest signing up for a stamps.com account. I link all of my ebay/amazon orders through the account. They pop up automatically once the order is received and send buyers notifications once the item is shipped.

Just bought the Zebra LP2844. Havent configured it yet, but should come in handy, considering I ship 500 packages a day, and during the holidays I would expect 5-10 times this.

That is the label printer I use.
These are the labels I use:
4 x 6" Desktop Direct Thermal Labels S-6802 - Uline

But this is a US based company.
I am not sure where you would get them in Australia.
