Default Question about "Delivery status not updated"

I had a package sent with tracking.

Package read "Out for Delivery" then "Delivery status not updated"

If my customer opens the case who will ebay side with me or the customer for this case? It's usps 1st class.

Customer wants me to reship another one and I've never ever seen this in my life ever on all my years of selling.

It may still update to Delivered, especially if the tracking recently went from out to delivery to Delivery Status not updated, just give it a day or two

But they would probably go with the buyer if it never updated to delivered

Wow the rep on the phone told me it would be favored to the seller as we don't have control over USPS.


But this totally blows.

It's been 4 days already.

Depending on the product cost I would just ship him/her another to avoid a neg rating. Also, you should try to contact USPS about the item.

I'm not worried about feedback I can remove any feedback I got a friend who works on ebay.

I already did contact USPS just the money the item is $19 not worried but still. I don't feel like reshipping.

What did USPS say about the status not updated? Your friend wasn't able to help you avoid having to use stealth?

This is on my main, but the customer didn't open the case yet. He just removes feedback for me. I don't ask him about other stuff.
