All my tracking numbers say "NOT FOUND"

All my tracking numbers say "NOT FOUND" when I search them on USPS website. I dropped off all my packages at the post office today. They scanned it in with the master scan form. I still have the receipt.

It was a ton of packages from sales over the weekend, and NONE of them are working in the USPS website. It just says "Not found" in big red letters. It then says "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." My business partner printed his labels from a different computer at a different time today and they all say the same thing.

I am very worried because customers are already messaging me about the tracking and this has never happened before. Anyone have this error message?

If you mailed them Monday than the tracking sometimes takes 24 hours to update, depending on what time u dropped at the post office , but they should update today, I wouldn't panic if u just dropped them off yesterday

Likely just a system update - today being Tuesday, I would check or wait until tomorrow maximum - you have your receipt of payment for shipping right?

yes i still have my receipt.

I dropped off Monday around 4pm. It worries me because I have had my items say "pre-shipment info has been sent" without it being scanned in at the drop off facility, but I have never had this "NOT FOUND" in big red letters. Hopefully when these get to the next facility it will update. It is just so weird.

The rep may have put in the wrong code.
If not corrected by tomorrow, id go back and ask whats up.

I watched her scan in the barcode. This USPS facility always gives me a problem. The numbers finally uploaded 2 days later, but not before I had a bunch of customers messaging me annoyed that they could not track their item.

Is it me or is USPS crappier than usual lately?

OK the tracking numbers take 24 to 48 hours. please wait 48 hours . then upload them to papal or eBay. i upload them to paypal. here is the deal the people in the post office say they are all set with the tracking info in about 10 to 15 mins. it is a 50 50 yes or no. if you keep uploading them to papal or eBay and they don't work. eBay will say you are using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking numbers this is 100% real this has happen to me. the only way around this . is to buy your post thru eBay. i don't do that because i ship about 40 to 50 every weak not going to make my day any longer then it needs to be. just be very carfull about the tracking numbers. like i said they will say they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ when there not. trust me you don't want to have to call up eBay or paypal hope it helps. also what you can do is check them online be for you upload them to paypal or ebay

You cannot do that because most of us want to use the funds in paypal and avoid low DSRs. Waiting 2 days will ding us all. The post office isnt helping.

Ebays system is messed up and the USPS system is at the point where they do not care.

Even if she scanned them with the right code, it should have popped up right away.

Next time you go in Nodeal, take something where you can check it right in front of their faces, then ask for a supervisor.

That seems VERY strange.
Again, I think its the wrong code. My local rep and I are on good terms and she tells me (When I go in with around 200 packages :D) that she needs to correct one or two codes every now and again.

i have been adding the tracking every 48 hours for about 3 years and everything is ok. the post-office does not care about us anymore

when you add tracking at it to paypal that's what i have done .i don't add it to ebay. because paypal will auto load it to ebay

it's weird because now the barcode on the master scan form comes up invalid and I don't understand why.
