Hi do u recive order comfirmation on Simion giftaccount orders? I got a order comfirm for a gift card that i order but not one for my giftaccount which i orderd the giftcard the day before the gift account.

Yes you do recieve a conformation for the giftaccount.

Seems to be a 2 day delay in getting the comfirms cause i order Sat and got email today also noticed on paypal that payment was pending untill today then it said complete maybe thats explans the delay.

If you paid by a debit card then it does take longer to get your simon GA. But if you paid with a cc then you should have your simon GA by the next day.

I guess Paypal Vcc must run as debit then cause thats what i used to get money out of paypal

Yes Paypal vcc works as a debit card. Paypal is not a bank so they can't issue a cc on their own atleast expect if they had a bank issue the cc with their name on it.

I orderd a gift account 3 days ago and i have'nt heard anything back from them but they took my money and thats it. I called them and some arab or indian was the customer severice and couldnt even speak to much english and after about 20 mins he told me to call 13172637060 so i will be gievn them a call tommarow and im fearing there haveing some kinda issue sence i used a paypal Vcc.

The number which the rep gave you is the Simon giftcard help center. If I were you I'd ask for a refund and then buy another card. Call the number which you called before for the refund.

I got my giftcard in the mail toady and sure enough i cant use it it first said it was a invald card so i call there dumb forgin customer severice team which clam to have actavited it then now when i check the blance it says theres a error and to contact there customer sverice. This severice sucks other then verfiying ebay/paypal but i dont think i would even use them for that.

My giftcard came and i cant even use it and they never sent my giftaccount these guys SUCK!!! and i will not use them again and i guess i have to go through paypals clam dept to get the money back.

If useing simions for anything other then verfying Pp/eBay then i would avoid them like a plauge!

Urrbodyh8sme stop being so racist! If you don't already know the entire USA is a melting pot of people so I don't see the need of calling anybody foreign as we are all foregin in one way or another. This thread was for the Simon giftaccount not the giftcard.

Doughboykilla did the funds clear the Paypal vcc?
If the giftcard didn't work then call customer service and speak with the supervisor instead of the represenative.

Ok i called them today i had to call like 3 numbers then the last one dose'nt even have a customer severice so i had to leave a message for them to call me back simon is quick to take your money but when it comes to giveing you your severices they dont want to hold up there end. If they dont call me back im just going to open a chargeback dispute through paypal as unauthriozed funds and try to get the money back and refund the buyers and look at other sources who an't so picky such as ikobo or ccnow.


And i think its a bussiness stragy to higher all these foreigns so when call them we get so fustrated trying to talk to them that we just give up. They speak with a mix of both engish and there lagunge all rolled into one and makes it very hard to speak to them. I notice that not only is simon like this but many other online sites are like this to.
