Default Anyone use wire trasnfer often?

Did it for the first time today. Seemed like the guy was clicking way too many buttons and taking way too long to get it done. Now I can only assume what he was looking at but i think it was pretty obvious.

Anyway, just wondering if it was safe to use repetitively with a bank.

safe?
It is the same as cash.

as for good to use, it is the same as cash.
I use TT(Wire transfer) and PP instant bank transfers for 100% of my foreign affairs. sometimes TT can have a federal reserve issue.

It really depends on how much you are sending and who is the intermediary bank on speed.

I meant safe as in your bank viewing your activity as suspicious. Do they require further documents from frequent use in high dollar amounts?

No.

It is a standard payment method of any larger business. Exxon Mobil most likely does more transfers than paper checks as an example.

Also, if you agree to a hundred page user agreement, you can do your own transfers online and save the trip to the bank. I don't think I am exaggerating with the 100 pages either. same $45.00 fee.

My bank charged me $65 fee..... For me to do this i would have to turn my bank account into a business account right? From what i know regular accounts don't have this feature.

How many buttons did he click? If it was over 73, you are so f*cked. They will drain your bank accounts and be bashing down your front door by 6am.

They changed that.

It's now 17 clicks, and 12 more on page 3.

Time to relocate, Loopie.

You have to be aware of the amount of trasfer of funds. Banks automatically file reports.

Hate wire transfers - fees or otherwise - no protection so I use credit card whenever possible

ALL my banks and credit unions charge $45.00 if I do it myself or have them do it at the branch.
I TT a bit more than 5K at a time though. Anything under 10k goes PP instant bank transfer. Not an option for everyone.

haha i don't exactly know which reports they do yet but i do have a couple links that i think explain the process. Haven't gotten to them yet, been too busy trying to get the right Christmas gifts for everyone

But after googling that topic it has led me to some other info that is steering me away from using these transfers all together. At least for me, it seems like the best option is western union where i can stay completely stealth and not worry about any reports done on me or my account.

Don't you need ID to pick up your money?
