EU Limit Response
Hello,
I have received more than 1,800 EUR and PayPal asked me for documents to lift the 2,500 EUR limit.
A week after they asked I provided them with the necessary documents, but the status of the case was always "waiting your response" I have sent them 3 messages via the support center and only got the generic response via email and I replied back to these email.
Today I noticed that the case has disappeared from the Resolution Center (doesn't exist neither on opened nor closed cases), does this means it has been dealt with and done!?
Do you normally receive a confirmation or email saying that the EU limit has been removed?
I highly appreciate your help !
PS: I submitted documents on July 19th.
PPS: the account in question is a French Business PayPal.
