Can I list a product which were listed before on a suspended account?

My account was suspended in August 2007 because of a Vero item. At that time I listed other non Vero items as well which was perfectly fine. Can I list these non Vero items again on my new Ebay account? The problem is my non-Vero items are very very unique and no one else is selling, I mean if I take photos of them, Ebay can recognize that these items were listed on my suspended account before and will suspend my new account?

You can sell them again, just take different pics and use different descriptions and if you've followed the stealth guide, you should be fine.

should be fine, just make sure the listing looks different to the ones that were suspended.

Thank you guys so much for all the info. I will relist my items very soon, I still have a huge lot of items that have been sitting in the storage since my old account was suspended.

So if VeRO give me a message how long did a have to wait for the same product with different listing? With 45 feedback

Tired to have my auctions cancelled. Will have to go in a school yard or a church parking and open my trunk for quick sales soon.

Depends on the suspension. I was just taken down a few weeks ago without suspension. It was just ebay trademark warning. So I waited 2 weeks and re listed the exact same listing I just made the 100% authentic in the listing RED. I had emailed ebay saying my brother was a lawyer and he had told me my right to resell had been violated and I asked ebay exactly why the listing was removed. They said it could have appeared to be confusing, as to its authenticity or not, and if so to put it in the listing.
