Chances to get reinstated?

Hey,

My account has been suspended 5 days now. I emailed ebay right away but still haven't got any reply.
The reason of the suspension is "Miscategorization of Digitally Delivered Goods".

Anybody knows what's the chances of getting my account re-instated ?

Same thing happened to me. Took about 10 days to get a response. They say I'm suspended indefinitely. Good luck man.

i am in the SAME situation. miscategorizing and then they are saying i am manipulating feedback. ebay is my main source of income and i intended to do NOTHING wrong. i am still waiting for a response. this is very upsetting and i hope we all can get this resolved. i got a couple calls from them but due to school i was unable to answer. i call them back and as we all know you cant reach anyone. live help is worthless too. i really wish someone at ebay can help me out so i can post some good news and hope for you all

Emm, you have a 99% chance of Not being reinstated.

Time to move on and start fresh. Also aren't digital goods dead on eBay?

Are you selling on CD or still trying to delivery digitally?

Try eBay Stealth to get you started with a new account.

The first respond you received after you sent the email is that suspended indefinitely?

I got suspended for the same thing. Search threads I started. Digital items are not completely banned by ebay but you have to ship a real CD, or list via classified ad with no pay links or links to other websites. They can only email you, which is stupid. They are strict on digital guys. Expect not to get reinstated.
