help re setting up new ebay guide

I have read the suspension guide just need clarification on two things,
can i use my real address to get a prepaid credit card ( will a uk meastro card work- from splash plastic?) and a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address in ebay will ebay pick up on this?

are they any uk virtual credit card sites thanks :):confused:

you need to pay for the card with your real info, but use the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info that you used on ebay and paypal for the recipient of the card.

REAL on CC purchase, but NOT on who its gifted to, registered to
REAL--on the checking acct/savings acct
