Default Stealth Account: Whats the worst that could happen?

So I just got a ebay Stelath account with a 100/5000 limit and was wondering what the point of only posting a few items for sale in the first few months is?

As long as I'm selling legit stuff and have covered all my bases what reasoning would ebay have to suspend me just because I started listing 20-30 items instead of 2-3?

I obviously know ebay is evil and they suspend accounts every day but even if they did look into me what reasoning would they have to suspend me?\

Any help appreciated!

I would take it slow, spread listings over many accounts. Start listing more as time goes on. You have to gain ebays trust. I'm interested to know how you got the 100/5000 limit though.

I started a non stealth account a couple months ago and post and relist pretty much every 3 days. Started selling right away and never got into anything.

But the account I got off of prowakeskater on this forum.

Anyone else have a suggestion. Anyone know if they would call to verify or ask for credentials if they did see it as suspicious?

They will see your account go from 0 activity to 30 sales. This is picked up on by their bots.and can result in a suspension untill your send documents in etc are you comfortable sending in the documents or speaking to ebay on the phone?

Its all about building trust.

I wouldn't mind speaking to them on the phone, what would they ask for? What documents would they request?

Oh, fun times.

Any major changes to your account is a red flag. Listing fluctuations from low to high frequency can be considered a red flag. What you list is important and can flag your account as well. There are a lot of variables.

I suggest as aking has mentioned, a steady increase in sales and nothing too abrupt. You will want to spread your sales out over multiple accounts if possible. This reduces your risk overall.

The stealth guide would be very helpful for you as well.

Good luck!
