Add a New Shipping Address

Get a P.O. Box, and use USPS P.O. Box Street Addressing (google it). Make sure your post office that you get your P.O. Box at supports it before you buy your box. Then submit a Change of address for the P.O. Box and for the P.O. Box's Street addressing Address. I think this should fix your problem... But I am not sure if forwarding will work with street addressing of a P.O. Box, try it and let me know! Good Luck.
