eBay Concierge

anyone heard about eBay Concierge? they sent invitation last month which I thought just normal thing but still registered with them


but i notice its really good ebay finally listen to sellers and resolve their issues on the spot

sent email to ebay few days ago about -ve feedback they removed within couple of hours

rang ebay about return case which buyer returned the item to me but it was damaged by buyer, ebay rep grant the case while on the phone and issued full refund

never seen this before seems they scared from amazon

Well yes not much high volume but just ok I think

I really impressed with the eBay service they really listen now
