I sent a package using RM second class recorded delivery but buyer didn't received the parcel. When buyer complains i checked RM tracking system and it says lost parcel, Customer sent me a message saying she is not happy. I resent another as i don't want any negative feedback, but i want to know is seller responsible for the loss? please explain.Thanks

Why would the customer be responsible for a lost package? Think of that for a minute. Refund them and go after Royal Mail, they the ones who messed up.

They made it like that to deter non genuine claims. Imagine how much more claims they will be getting daily if its too easy. Never claimed before though but I bet they will respond to tracked items much quicker
