Default Been waiting 2 months for ID to be processed ...

Got some stealth ID made a while back and sent it into
paypal October 16th for them to evaluate or whatever .
This account hadn't passed the receiving limit , was just limited
for suspicious activities .
When I sent in ID for other accounts that had passed the receiving
limit they got processed the next day twice . I have read on
here of people waiting 5 weeks to get ID processed before ,
should I have heard something by now . Very wary of calling them
unless I have to , in the resolution centre it just says " in progress " for
the documentations submitted 2 months ago now .

There is a long back log with documents.
PayPal is doing nothing to speed up or contact people waiting in hope.

Sorry to tell you this.

Why doesn't eBay give us other online options to accept payments from buyers?

PayPal is getting ridiculous. I hope their new policies backfire on them big time!!!

In the USA they do. You have a pretty wide selection of payment processors, PayPal is just the most popular

Speed it up by continuing to use the account and reaching the limit

Ok I'll wait it out then , when one of you guys who submitted documents early september gets a response from them could you possibly post the date on here so we can have a decent guesstimate of how long these things will take , thanx

I feel for you guys waiting months on end to lift your receiving limit. I have now lifted 5 different accounts in the past two months, and all accounts had their limits lifted within 24 hours of sending them in. All I do is send them in, then ring in and play dumb saying 'I sent in documents but was just wondering if I did everything correctly..can you help me?'

Within minutes they lift the limit for me, after asking standard questions such as name, email address etc.

If the docs are not going to be accepted they won't even if you wait instead of calling in. Much faster this way.

For me, I avoid it by just not sending docs in fresh accounts, but just using them as usual, but without docs. Once they really want your docs, they check them in like 1-2 days, but when you just send them - can be like 2 months.

I sent my docs in October and they just kept asking for for docs, kept sending them everything they asked for, nothing wrong with any of the information I sent but it took them ages to look at any of it. Eventually I got with a 6 month hold, sucks balls!

I know from experience, Paypal often to this if your account activity is too high risk or the quality of documents isn't up to scratch.

My opinion is defeating them as how they treated us (So this forum is particularly important), or building the 2nd company like alibaba or paypal or skrill or ebay to replace them. Their means to us can not be avoided. This is their temper.
