Paypal - Soon reaching the EU receiving limit

Hi.

I'll soon be reaching Paypal's 2500 (Euros) EU receiving limit for my UK account.

The issue is that the name used to create it isn't mine. Is there a way to get this lifted? Is there a stand-alone service here (on Aspkin) that offers this?
