how do i get an address for my new stealth account i will make, do i just use from a random street?

Look in the phone book, choose one.

Pretty much - just use a completely random name/address.

Make sure its valid though (you can use Royal Mail postcode finder to do that).
Invalid addresses can cause issues later down the line.
