ioffer question: What VCC can verify ioffer account for UK member?

I have tried to use VCC from entropay but it does not work.
I have bought VCC from many websites (they advertise the VCC that can be used on ioffer) but none working.

Anyone know where can I get VCC to be able to verify ioffer seller account. Thank you

email earlt the forum, his site visavcc.com says it will verify ioffer.

Hi Oom,

No, his vcc didn't work for ioffer if you register in UK. May be I can change the address to Canada. However, I have no idea what address should I use. I might ask him.

I have used visavcc.com before all you have to do is change the adress in Ioffer to a US address (I.E. Taco Bell in Denver Co.)input the vcc then chnage back to your address ......
It has worked for me two times so far with visavcc.com

Thank you so much for your suggest. Would you mind recommend me how to get US or Canada virtual address? Can I use my ebay US customer's address and just change the house number or something like that?
