Default parcelforce awaiting customs clearance

hi everyone.

so i ordered something from the US , a iphone 4 infact. here is the current status:

30-03-2011 17:54 International Hub Awaiting Customs clearance
30-03-2011 17:53 International Hub Awaiting clearance - information needed from addressee
28-03-2011 19:48 International Hub Awaiting Customs clearance
28-03-2011 19:39 International Hub Received in destination country

has you can see it has been in the UK for sometime, just wondering why is this happening as i have never had this problem before, usually i pay a customs charge.

^^ Just because a package arrives in its destination country it does not guarantee it will be released from customs.

...? where did i say it is guaranteed too be released. It is very likely it would. 2 days is not long at all, and no reason to post a thread worrying.

you type in the name of the company/organisation,or you type in the phone number you were given and it will give you other numbers you can ring, not always but its worth trying

you may get a direct line to someone who can deal with you quickly and efficiently

good luck bud!

Looks like there holding your item for whatever reason Customs have, I would investigate your problem and resolve it swiftly might be an error. There for it's a bit strange holding an item for nearly a month?.
