Do you mean I can verify ebay & paypal with just a PAY AS YOU GO Mobile ?

There is also sipgate.

It wont cost you anything as long as you dont use call forwarding.

If you got a smart phone, you can enter settings into it, connect your smartphone to your internet connection, and when it eb/pp call it it rings.

Depending on your business model etc. you can go for sipgate or soho66

Not at the moment - use a mobile number, add a vcc and your bank account and your good to go with a 1900 receiving limit.

Yep. I put the same mobile number in eb and pp and its working for me.

As long as your stelt tactics are all good, you should be ok.
