cant do instant bank transfer ??

hi everybody, i am from the uk. I was just buying something the other day on ebay, i chose to pay by paypal, the only funding options that were there were credit card and e-check. The instant bank transfer was in grey and i couldnt use it. I opened the account on 26-june-2008. I have sold 5 thing, 4 feedback 100% pos.
On paypal it says verified New.

Is there something i need to do, or do i have to wait till i get a high score.

i had this once, where i wasnt able to send with my credit card, or instant funds but only echeck. God knows. Unless it has something to do with the receiever of the funds? I dont know mate sorry.

Well, apparently whether or not you can use IBT depends on the trust score of your account (from what I've read.)

For me, this is apparent. I kind of cocked up setting up my account, with different names all over the place, but provided all the necassary details to get my account unlimited for the second time. (I was suprised they didn't send me the cease business email.)

Had the account for nearly 6 months now, no disputes, still can't use IBT. Have a verified CC and Bank account on it as well.

thats a paranoid paypal...so worried that someones going to chargeback and your going to fly to manila
