Maybe. Could be. More likely than unlikely. But not sure.

Does that answer your question? The fact is, nobody can tell the future. It may happen or it may not.

Why do you very much doubt it?, same website, different paypal account, paypal are not stupid and will eventually put 2+2 together.

PayPal doesn't care so much about those kinds of things except when it comes to EBAY. Some people come on here and just spout five, six posts a day with what they think should be, and have no real experience with the matter.

I will not post anything unless I have hard data to back up what I say.

Kasabian is correct - PayPal will not molest your new or different PayPal if you start using it to collect payments from a website that was sending payments to a now permanently limited PayPal, UNLESS the limitation came as a result of what you were doing on THAT website. So in the latter respect, Digitaliz is correct too.

I have several off-EBAY websites, and I made the mistake of using some of my past PayPals both for EBAY and these websites. When the PPs associated with the EBAYs went down (because of alleged EBAY issues), I just switched the websites to different PPs. All I had to do was change the email addresses on the PayPal payment buttons. Been doing this for years, collected a fortune, no problems.

Modee, I'm not sure who your anger is aimed at, but my understanding of the OP's post was that his paypal account had been limited due to what he was selling or doing on the website linked to that paypal account, which is why I suggested that a new paypal account would not work with that site, if the site itself was to blame for the initial limitation.

If my compared to yours limited understanding of the situation was wrong then I will put my hand up, otherwise I'm not sure what the issue is here.
