Query on account name not the same as bank account name

Hi there

Ive created a paypal account in a new name - but this is different to the name on bank account

Will there be issues when I try to withdraw funds as account name will be different to paypal name

PS Im in UK/Ireland

it shouldnt be a problem as long as the account number and sort code is correct

UK data protection act currently prevents banks from sharing any personal account information with paypal, which is why it is safe to use an assumed name at paypal's end, but never use an assumed name or identity to open a current or savings account.
