I see what greenbean was suggesting now lol!

Steve, RM employ 140000 people. 1 a day is 0.002%.

They would say thats still too many.

That 0.002% i MY experience is closer to how many parcels haven't arrived.

In over 20000 i've sent recorded delivery less than 15 have failed to arrive.

That number increases significantly for parcels sent without a tracking number.

Can't get my head around your 11 out of 90.

You need change/rethink your selling stevejobs. I just lost act with same ratings as yours. It was an act i used only for cheap and high volume so got hit hard. I do hate when peeps critisise or tell me what do but its fact mate. I take it on the chin with this act as i have many but has woke me up. NEVER forget the time you lost your only eb act. Stealth is is a way out not a way of being lazy!
Never blame others ie hermes as they are very reliable (apart from story i just read that a courier left parcel on customers roof lol) Im not being nasty mate, either take it in or dismiss it but greenbean and others are trying to help you not have a go

A postman involved in one of the biggest ever thefts from the Royal Mail wept as he was jailed on Friday.

Father-of-three Ajaz Budi, 33, took hundreds of parcels from Mount Pleasant sorting office in Clerkenwell – containing cheques worth more than £2.3million – over three years.

A POSTIE has been charged with theft after more than 100,000 letters and parcels were found in a house.

Relief postwoman Lisa Harvey, 31, will appear in court later this month.

what i saying is royal mail is flawed its not 100 percent reliable and one day will reflect on your ebay business when they loose your parcels
the same reason we get signed for as buyers steal parcel also
good night

And what I am asking is

What steps are you going to take to maintain any other account you have?

You are the seller.

The bottom line of responsibility is you handle the issues of doing business.

Let's be hearing what you are going to do.
