Will this return request give me a defect? What do I do?
Hi Guys,
Apologies for this simple/ stupid question but here goes:
I have had a buyer open a return request. The email read like this: X let us know that something is wrong with X As a result, they requested to return the item for a refund.
When I viewed the case details, annoyingly I found out that there was nothing wrong with the item: Here's what they said:
Reason:I don't need it anymore
Will this count as a defect? I assume so since the way the email was worded made it sound like the customer specified a problem with the item when they opened the return request.
What should I do?
Thanks.
