Default Posting mail via Franking

Hi, ive got to a point where a franking machine was in need. Send out around 1500 items per month, and the machine will be arriving tomorrow.

My question is can you print the franking stamps straight onto the jiffy bags? Or is this impossible and labels are the only option? Would make life a lot easier if you could simply send the jiffy bag through the machine and have it printed straight onto the jiffy bag.

Kind regards,
Usaamah

All you can do is try it.

Different jiffys of variable thicknesses will have different results.

Just don't be printing actual labels on them when your trying, as that'll waste money.

Use the manual amount, for surcharge, select amount as 0.00 and print that on your media to see what works and what doesn't.

The clue is int the question. "jiffy" bubble padded envelopes. Air in them? when a printhead will travel over air inflated surface it will create friction, and won't work. You can actually **** up you prinhead like that. And then it's £80 quid for a used one.

Be careful of jamming up the machine - expensive to repair
