Default I thought tesco online savers were ok?

I read here that Tesco savers accounts were ok for stealth but have just had a £150 payment get sent back to paypal.

The test funds to verify worked fine.

Been using Halifax with no issues until now but ran out of accounts to use, now need another home.

I have 3 tesco savers open, will these all go the same way?

I've had numerous issues with Halifax over the past 2 months.

Tesco I only used to verify an account and haven't withdrawn to it yet so cannot comment

Yeah I had the payment pending 72 hours and was expecting it to go on at that point as a formality. I got an email from paypal saying tesco rejected the payment, with one of reasons 'not specified by bank'.

Want to leave as small a credit footprint as possible and chose tesco as secondary because that is who my credit card is with. Any other sure fire companies? Santander work ok?

So are Halifax savers accounts a no no? I've just made a couple online and I was about to use them to make some stealth stores.

Which bank would you guys recommend? Also are there any problems with opening too many online savers accounts? I was doing it the slow way initially by applying for physical bank cards such as current accounts.

Thanks

Yes I've just linked an online savers account to PayPal now and in the middle of confirming it. I can see that the penny has gone into the savers account but there seems to be an error viewing the bank statement atm :/ Will log in tomorrow to check.

Is there a limit to how many online savers accounts you can make or can I go crazy and do around 5 a day =D

Thanks

For some reason, certain banks appear to be affecting some but not others so its trial and error there.
I have absolutely no probs with halifax at all, both current account and savers.
Not tried Tesco myself but santander is great i have found also

I have a question..

if you have used a 'current account' and made withdrawals with mismatched names previously with no probs

but now you cant use that 'current acc' no more for obv reasons,

so you use an Online Saver with same bank and start new Stealth PP withdrawals again with mismatched names but its a Different 'mismatched name' to the one used before with the current acc

wouldn't this make your Bank very suspicious about you and greatly increase the risk of them reversing the PP withdrawals you made to the online saver?

For having multiple current accounts with them or 1 of each (current+saver)

Have you had Multiple stealth 'all different names' linked only to your co op banks and not had the co op ever contact you asking anything?
