Using old ebay paypal account with new amazon account

I have an old paypal account not stealth which has been used with an ebay account before it was suspended - has no limitations so I still use it. But can this be safely linked to a new Amazon account not stealth? Or should I expect flags?

paypal is not used on amazon.

Might you mean the bank account attached to that paypal account?
