What happen when half addresses in UK are blacklisted?

How will PP, Ebay and Amazon survive when they're done blacklisting half the entire addresses in a particular country e.g UK.

Imagine some household who dont sell on these platform have their addresses blacklisted already.

It takes a lot more than just the same address to get an account linked and completely restricted.

They will also look at IP address, names, dob's ect

They don't "blacklist" addresses completely.

If someone new moves into a house, they may well restrict the account asking for photo id and proof of address.

In my experience that will lift the restriction (providing there are no similarities to a suspended account obviously)

Yeah, I seriously doubt that they will blacklist an address as such. An address is forever chaning piece of data that is just one piece of the whole puzzle. They will for sure blacklist names, but addresses can change ownership and I bet it's just one more flag in their system and if you can prove that you don't need to be restricted by submitting docs, then they don't have a reason to really pay too much attention to the address.

Right, but the point is that you will not be banned just because you are using an address that has been banned before.
Several other facors come into play for being banned.

But using an address that has been ban just tick the first box for ebay/PP to watch out. It places them on alert to start investigating your digital foot print.. Then when a similar IP to that address surfaces.. It ticks another box.

it is also easier to pay for or find another address , rather than reinvent you selling activity.

You would probably be selling the same things in the same category from the SAME ADDRESS.
