Default UK Banks to avoid for mismatch names?

I'm planning to open two bank accounts in the week. Please can you stealthers tell me what banks to avoid and what banks really work well?

It's extremely appreciated and thanks in advance.

Thanks for the heads up on Lloyds! Yeah guys, glad to know everyone is having success with their banks. I just signed up to HSBC and have been given my bank account number and sort code on Friday! Good things ahead I hope.

No, just choose a branch from the list as your 'local branch' and when they ask for proof of address enter your passport number online to verify you.
