Advice on Ebay/Paypal account

Just after some advice really.

I have a stealth business account which has been running since December last year. It has recently reached the point of being within 10% of the EU selling limit and I know that it will fail address verification checks as I've already tried twice to enter the address on it and am now into the 130 day period before limitation.

It initially had the 100/£3500 monthly Ebay limits and all of a sudden the Ebay selling limit has been lifted by 900 items and £14k per month.

Now I would like to use the Ebay account but its how to get around the Paypal checks as I don't have the items I need for verification

So really I'm asking the experts on here what my options are?

Do I leave it and walk away?

Can I remove the Paypal and attach an unlimited fully verified Paypal to it and change the name and address?

I've really got nothing to lose just wondered if there was an easy solution?

Don't attach another PP, it will be linked and limited as well.
Send the proof of address - any scanned paper showing your address, Adobe products will help a lot.
