Default Submitting documents to PayPal

I have read from a number of posts that it is recommended to not add documents until the EU limit is reached and they limit the account while they wait for documents.

Is there any reason for not adding them straight away?

The stealth accounts I made in the past I have added, Bank Account, VCC and submitted documents as soon as I opened an account? So whats the problem with doing that?

Documents are taking months to get review if ever at all.

I've got some on 3+ months now.

They do tend to get reviewed quicker if you get up to the £1650 mark...

So if you upload them to a fresh account you wait 3 months... even if you hit EU limit afterwards you still wait 3 months?

If you don't upload anything to start with and when you hit EU limit, then upload, they are reviewed quicker?

They are reviewed quicker when you hit the EU receiving limit £1650 or whatever it is nowadays.

3 months has nothing to do with it, its just how long some of my docs have been pending not reviewed.

Ok I understand, so it does not actually matter when they are submitted. There is no benefit in submitting them early or late.

Well kinda, if you submit then early and they fail, you lose the account. I prefer to utilise the account to the EU limit, before submitting, as if they dont accept them, you've use the account to its full and it hasn't been a wasted process.

Plus its under a week sending them in after hitting the EU limit.

This.

I've just hit the limits with couple of my accounts the other week and both sets of documents were reviewed and passed by the morning. So I submitted the paperwork around 8PM and by 11AM next morning both accounts were good to go again.
