response to feedback function removed?

Hi I tried to visit "feedback forum" to response to a negative feedback.

However, Ive kept diverted to seller centre.
Anyone could advise is the respone to feedback function had already been removed?

It's still there, there is a post about this very issue that I was reading out of interest that contains links to the pages about this, some of which start in seller central. On the correct seller central page your questions are answered and those links in that post take to you to exactly the page you need.
