gave a customer a full refund as apparently they havent recieved item and i had no tracking which wasnt a big deal
they then left negative fb making accusations about item even though they hadnt recieved it. can this be remove or will ebay offer a form to fill in to remove the comment

You can go through chat, explain every single point of how this feedback does not coincide with the transaction, the Chat person will then make a report and send it to the department that deals with Feedback removal.
As said above, no guarantee, but it does work if you use the right wording, and have made contact with the buyer in a certain way. Theres an algorythmn to this as well! I succeed around 80percent of cases.
