My account is below standard because cases closed without seller resolution are on 0.33%. Its just 3 of 901 transactions!! if any one know how to change this or can help with this?

Mathematically you would need 300-400 transactions and no more cases unresolved. Not a good reason to have cases unresolved so ebay will not flex on this.

Depends on the account. HUGE accounts could easy take 6 months to get back on all fours and start growing again.
New accounts could be a ban as soon as they go below standard.

I havent look deep into this aspect of ebay. But if 4 unresolved cases out of a whopping 1000 transactions in 12 months will put an account below standard then thats pretty freaking harsh.

Nope, I agree. It is harsh.
The more so that the reasoning seems friggin' vague.
Also one of those situations where trying to talk to ebay staff is like dental surgery without pain meds.

the only solution i find is just offer refund when case is opened, you may lose a little money but to keep your account in perfect standing its worth it in the long run
