marking as dispatched

anyone ever seen this happen....

so today, just as I was heading to posty an item sold on ebay, undispatched the release of funds was 4/7/2016

so obviously, when you dispatch its meant to GO DOWN a fair bit, then when you add tracker you have the money in a couple days, but with this item its adding 14 days on, anyone seen this and will it sort itself out? im not waiting nearly a month for it to clear.

PayPal and eBay can be glitchy. Just wait a couple of days and see what happens.
