Your issue is resolved, since to me it seems you have a cooperative customer. Not everyone use ebay frequently, you buyer hasn't got the time to return to ebay. I believe your payment will automatically release after a while the customer is not responsive.
Meanwhile, stop using courier that wont provide any proof of delivery for high value items. You are threading on fire. The above situation is only a warning to you. Move on to other products if you cannot find a better courier Quote:

Iv asked her to close the case shes said she would,. but hasn't,. and now wont answer the phone
