Default Withdrawing money

Hi guys i've been selling some high value items on ebay i managed to request to withdraw the money which showed up on my pending transactions -£1140 a few minutes later they put a pending balance on my account of £1140 which also put my account into minus credit and limited my account until i give them proof of certain things. My question is will my bank transfer of £1140 still go into my bank as i requested for withdrawal before a limitation and before they decided they will put my money on a pending. When i click the transaction is says on hold.

Really depends, as it is still pending, and they may decide to reverse it.

£1000 was one transaction then £140 the next, the idea was to withdraw smaller amount first so i didn't get limited although they limited my account about 30 mins after i did the transaction.

im not surprised it was limited if your first withdrawal was for £1000 quickly followed by £140.

I would recommend your first ever withdrawal on a PayPal account doesn't exceed £50.

Once that withdrawal goes through (and it will most likely get reviewed for 72 hours), then you can start doubling that value each time you withdraw, i.e. £100, £200.

Try not to ever exceed £500 in withdrawals per day, especially on amateur accounts.

Its wasn't my first withdrawal I've been using the account all year before hand. I ended up submitting all my information, driver license, utility bill and bank information and they still decide to permanently limit my account. I've tried to appeal against it and they keep sending me automated emails stating why it could of happened. Seems like paypal are now treating every single seller as a fraudster either that or they are looking for every excuse in the book to hold your money so they can gain interest off it. My eBay and PayPal was fully legit in my own information it was an old account i forgot i had from 2009. They've now rendered my ebay account useless as i have no Paypal account just goes to show you can be branded a criminal without doing anything wrong they're like paranoid schizophrenics thinking everyone's out to get them sometimes i think if you're that worried about scammer why carry on offering the service. When you contact them you get the same on sh!t its in our policy, for some reason they think its a license to break the law.

What is Paypal asking for?

ID's, statements etc...

You'll need to get creative with what Paypal is requesting for you to send in to save the account.

I wouldn't really add another PayPal to the same eBay, because, eventually they do link you.

They already asked for that i sent them all the information they asked i didn't need to make creative documents because its a legit account. They have already denied the request to lift the limitation and now they have permanently limited me something to do with usage policy.

You have to start a fresh, do you own the stealth ebook? Give that a read about 30 times and then tart rebuilding.

You can add another fresh paypal to the ebay account, but to be honest with you. you WILL be caught eventually. it could be 5 days, 2 weeks, a month etc... but you'll be caught eventually.

Always always, should be building stealths at the same time as running full time accounts. so when one goes down, you have another to replace it.

So my whole ebay account has been destroyed along with paypal without a valid reason?

That's eBay and PayPal for you. You could accept other payment methods on the eBay, but it's pointless as 99.99% use PayPal for payments on eBay.

Yes exactly
They can limit any account at any time nothing can be done

They will simply say due to safety and security reasons we can't lift the limit

Ebay and paypal Both accounts gone

It sounds like the money is on hold... which is no go for your bank account. :(

Can you provide what PayPal is asking?

Ebay and paypal are one of the most dodgy corrupt b*started I've ever come across, some of the stuff they they get away with is unbelievable if i decided to do the things they do i would be arrested for theft or fraud, Such as reversing people's transactions when they feel fit, holding people's money in banned accounts for 180 days and giving the money back to buyers after a transaction has taken place. Their business is based on lies, deceit and fraud which are both the same thing to me. They seem to think a policy allows them to do what ever they like, if that's the case i should get myself a policy.

I thought this forum existed for people that got on the wrong side of them by not paying fee's ect. And then they come here to make new stealth accounts. Ebay need to start adding other payment options instead of paypal its getting beyond a joke.
