After New paypal with IPN

After a new paypal account that will allow me to take website payments (IPN) (so not limited)

I have one at present that is working via the guide on site, but when i followed what i did before for a second one, it was closed within a few weeks strangely.

Were you taking payments from the same website with the second account?

no
i made the second account and did the old confirmed details
and a few weeks later got a email telling me limited or something

was made from a diff IP, diff account on laptop and new email

Were you sending payments between accounts?

Something must have trigerred the limitation, either it was linked, or it was just taking too much payment wise. Without a lot more details its hard to say.
