po box, mail forwarding services

was wondering if anyone knew of any po box/mail forwarding services that dont require id to setup?

I was told recently that id is only mandatory for mail forwarding addresses in London as the city has different rules regarding id for these services. Whether this is correct or not I have no idea. Having said that nearly all the mail forwarders I've seen state they require id wherever they are located.

thanks do you use any that you could recommend? The reason I didnt want to send ID in is because I want to get one running today without having to wait for the paperwork.

If all require id, how does stealth work on them?

You can still be stealth if They ship to the buyer with any return address they give you

Also can still be stealth even with id wouldn't be the first time some one sent the wrong file to upload on the form ....
