Ppals postage system?

Does ayone use pals postage system, where you can buy and print of the labels from you pal account?
If I use this will they recognise my computer or printer?
Would I get limited?

i use it, im ok so far. I would have thought they would like you to use it

yea im just wondering if they are able to link you to old accounts by using this at all. i.e by recognising printer os some other stuff on computer apart from cookies and flash objects
