Default PayPal question - should I be concerned

Hi there guys

Ive got a personal PP account and today it got limited. They've asked me the following questions.

Ive not come across some of these questions before so any help would be useful

1) Proof of shipping (at least for 5 transactions)
2) Supplier contact information
3) Business model information
- Good or services offered
- Expected monthly payment volume for the next 6 months
- Do you post inventory or drop ship?

- Invoices for items sold

Its the ones in red that have caused me some concern.

I currently have roughly £10,000 a week going through paypal through ebay sales.

Hope you can help

They basically want to know what you are selling/offering at what price and how you deliver your products?
Surely the questions are easy to answer?

What happened on your account for you to get a limitation?
any cases opened?

I just don't want to say the wrong thing that's all.

I've sold about 240 items and only 2 or 3 eBay cases open apart from that nothing

They're prying to find out why you are doing such a high volume of business on a personal account.

They want to know your business plan to sustain this type of operation.

12 Apr 2014: For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal service we need some more information about some recent activity on your account.

While we investigate this matter, access to your account is limited.
