So I know to add the bank account first, but I'm building stealth accounts and adding a vcc (entropay) and then i'!m leaving them to age, I'm doing some activity on them wile they age, such as browsing and bidding on items I know I'll be out bid on.

All this said I've just read that eventually a stealth with a vcc will be suspended as the vcc expires or somehow PayPal realize its a vcc?

Anybody able to clarify this?

I'm not sure where you got that info from, but if I were you, I'd add a new VCC 2 months before it expires.

Normally when something expires, they'll let you know and they'll ask you to update.
This is for USA, which I'm pretty sure it's the same for UK.

PP already will know its an Entropay VCC.

Stealth PP account is more than possible with a VCC long term.

The numbers 10162 which are on all Entropay cards identify it as an Entropay card.

paypal knows the moment a VCC is added to any account.

All VCCs have numbers that ID them.

For paypal UK, I have never had issues with the vcc ( especially entropay).

You usually get notice of the expiry of the vcc. You have time enough to add a new one.

James, did you say that VCC gives the account more credibility?

As in better than using a gift card?

VCC v Giftcard. I cannot see there being a great deal of difference so long as they are as the provider is solid in PP's eyes and the giftcard/VCC can be used confirm the PP. I personally stick to VCC as it enables me to top them up if I ever need to.

Not a good range of giftcards for UK purposes.

VCCs are more reaily available.
