Any probs upgrading to business from premier?

I have a fully verified/no limits premier account but wanting to upgrade to business so I can use the business name instead of my own.

Does upgrading to business from premier trigger any new limits that I should know about? Do they want additional verification?

I have quite a large balance in my PP account so don't want anything unforeseen happening to it. Panicking over nothing or best to leave well alone?

there should not be a problem upgrading the account i have upgraded my paypal without any problems.
but i advise you not to leave too much money in paypal as they will not hesitate or feel guilty about holding your money for 180 days for the most trivial reasons.

As long as your selling is all legal legit items upgrading shouldn't be a problem but as already noted paypal can randomly limit accounts and give you things to get out of limitation that you may find impossible to do so definitely empty the account as often as possible.

Unless you want higher selling limits I would stick with the premier account. If you are an ebay business seller you'll be able to use the company name already
