What to do if a company is trying to sue?

So I had a Ebay account in my gf name selling mophie cases.
got what I thought was a sue letter about 2 months ago .
but now my gf got something about them suing her but she knew nothing

I didn't know the things was ⊗⊗⊗⊗. What can I do?

SUE is the correct word.

If your gf signed and accepted that letter, you just landed her big trouble.

She needs to see a attorney because of your stupidity.

As the buyer of the goods YOU eeded to take the responsibility of making sure they were OK to sell.

Sorry saying you did not know is not an excuse.
