Default Cannot Access Amazon Account

Hi there,

About a month ago, I tried to sign-in to my Amazon account, it accepted the password at first, but after I entered the 2FA code, the next screen said that my password was incorrect.

I have tried several times to reset my password and it doesn't accept that password either. I read online that this could mean my account is "on hold" by Seller Performance; however, upon contacting them, I have not received a response. The best Seller Support has done for me is say I need to email Seller Performance...

Does anyone have an idea as to what may be happening with my account? I have thousands of units of inventory in fulfillment centres that I can't even create removal orders for if they're suspending my account permanently.

Appreciate any help or advice, thanks!

Any number of things, but mostly...Amz had some issue with you.

You can try email seller performance again, or email jeff if they don't respond in a few days. If all of that fails, you might have to arbitrate.

Yeah, that's the weird thing =/ it accepts the password initially, but says incorrect password after entering the code. It doesn't make sense. I guess I will have to take the emailing Jeff route like another user suggested.

No, my account health was perfect. It was a brand new seller account doing decent sales, I wonder if that may have something to do with it.

You will have to continuously email them about getting the stock removed, I would recommend in that email giving them an address they can use for the removal order so that whoever sees the email can do it there and then.

I can't access the account like you. I sent identity documents and did not receive a response from them. In the end, did you get the money or account back?

its taking a couple/few days for them to get back to with two step related inquiries

give it a little more time
