same recovery email for multiple gmail/yahoo accounts?

Im wondering if there are any issues that may come up using the same recovery email for multiple Gmail, Google voice, or yahoo email accounts?

Does it work ok?

You can also verify with a phone number. In fact, I've noticed that all the email providers I'm using are forcing me to verify my number around a week after registering even though they didn't ask me to do it when I registered the account. Once the number is verified, as long as I open the email from the same browser, I've never had issues.

I noticed that one of my outlook.live.com accounts does not have any settings available for forwarding. As a workaround I setup several rules to forward my emails, but they were turned off after a while.
Once I verified the account with my phone number, the forwarding options were displayed.
