Wouldn’t recommend withdraw 5k at a time unless you’re limited for 180 days or have a really aged and established account . Just withdraw several times for about a week or two .

Sorry ,wrong reply . You need to verify bank , credit card and Ssn to lift your limit

The steps to increase your limit are :
Add Credit Card
Add Bank Account
Confirm SSN

how the heck do you confirm your SSN,show them a copy of the SS card?
When I added my SSN to my paypal account,Paypal should have verified it then
