What 9000?!?!

Hey guys, what's up?

I am here because I have been reading the forums and learning from you fine people. I am now 5 years into my "second chance" life. I have no debt and my shenanigans from my 20's has now passed away from my reputation. I want to learn how to live and enjoy what I do. I am taking this chance to introduce myself and hopefully I don't mess it up.

Want I want to do is get myself ready to launch a small eBay selling account and start very slow and be very steady. I would like to eventually sell my handmade items but first I need to build my funds up and get familiar with doing things they way you guys have found success in.

I am going to save up and buy the book and hopefully get to know some of you guys and make some connections. Cheers!

Yes but that issue was not something I expected to find here. I got upset because I ran into someone who I had a previous encounter with because of selling me Chinese DVDs and I am now settled and calmed down. I don't like it but I will allow it to not get my blood pumping while I am here.

Thank you! I need to build a little funding to start buying the supplies to eventually transition to selling only my hand made things on etsy. That's why I am about to get my feet wet in the eBay pool once I feel comfortable to start selling.

You want to know why I feel the way I do about this then listen up.I almost got charged and arrested because I was trading in some DVDs at movie stop and they had somebody return a movie that came from me and it was China copy. I got acused of doing this on purpose because I traded 30+ discs and 25 were illegal. I got interrogated and was held at the police station until they let me show them where I bought the dvdss from. A pawn shop also got pissed but at least they didn't try to get me arrested.

That is why I feel so strongly about bait and switch Chinese DVDs.

So when people say it doesn't hurt anybody that is a lie. To see someone bragging about selling them after I went through this gets me heated. EBay wouldn't refund and PayPal wouldn't do crap because I had to turn over the DVDs and I got screwed out of my money twice because of people like this.
