after 180 days add bank account

Hey guys, I just checked when i try to add bank to withdraw after 180 days, there is 2 option about adding bank. I am wonder is paypal still need to take 2 days for verify by putting acct number and routine number before withdraw? Or should i try instant verify by logging in my online banking.

So which way is better? Also I have 2100 in my account, is it possible to withdraw for only one time ? or i need to withdraw 1000 every 30 days?

Adding another bank wont help.
Sounds like a security check was triggered.
Were you using a new device? a new IP?

That's a normally security flag you have triggered. Let the account rest for 48 hours and try again with the same browser/cookies
