So my eBay account was limited, still trying to appeal it; hopefully everything can get resolved. I'm looking to just create a new eBay account as I have my doubts. This PP account is in good standing and is fully verified. This PP account was never linked to any account, it was only added as the receiving PP for the sales. I've seen other members say that they did this method and it has worked fine for them. Just want reassurance that this could possibly work if I put the new eBay under all new info and just add the PP as the receiving. Thanks!

SaiJin already offered you a sound recommendation.
Although you can try using your original PayPal to a new eBay, it's not recommended practice. Any new eBay account that's associated with that same PayPal will be linked right back to the old account. That's why we always recommend you start fresh to ensure stability.
There have been some people (myself included) who have used old accounts with one another without problems initially, it's not a sustainable method.
is this PAYPAL ACCOUNt which is never used linked to the other Paypal account which is used to accept payment with the suspended ebay account?
how are the 2 Paypal accounts different/similar?

There isn't 2 PP accounts. The one PP account is added to the suspended eBay as receiving payments under the listing. The PP account is not directly linked to the eBay as a preferred payment method. I personally don't think eBay can link accounts as there was no actual linking, it was just inputted as an email in the listing of the item.

I don't want to make a new PP that's outside of the US, it's just aids. My PP is verified US, can't mess with those foreign paypals. You say you used this method, did they ever link you or ban the new accounts? Thanks!

so there is just one Paypal account, this account is never linked to the ebay account under My EBay,BUT you have used it in the individual listings as the paypal email address your buyer should make payment to?
well, thats good enough for me that the two are linked?
Also when Ebay suspended a person,it warns you not to try opening a new account .while it investigates
I think you would be fine, just add a new email address to the paypal, you can have several, but also keep minimum amount in paypal so if you do get limited, I am on 11th month account that I did that to.
what if she changes the main email address of her PAYPAL account?
someone here who knows more than most of us said there is some kind of code related to each Paypal/ebay account which Ebay uses,no matter what email address you use?
and that code does not change
